Lots of metallurgical dust and sludge are producted in steel produce, which contains ferrum and carbon can be used. Metallurgical dust and sludge compounded to shape up carbon-containing pellets base on the demand of production requare of material. It can get demands of sufficient using and efficient environment of saving. This paper researches experiment which reduction of revolting furnace sludge and blast furnace dust on the base of reduction of carbon-containing kinetics.The study of dynamics reduction research of carbon-containing pellet is put into sequential model according to the peculiarity, which is simultaneous reduction reaction in carbon-containing pellet. It has several supposings, set up quasi steady equation, symmetrical temperature in pellet, reaction of irreversible oneorder, same size of identic particle, unrestrictive link in diffusing. Different equations of speed are received in carbon-containing reduction. Speed equation of carbon gasified limited is. Speed equation of interface reaction limited is The whole processing restrictive is carbon gasified limited, mixture limited and interface reaction limited.Metallurgical dust and sludge are shaped up C/O=0.9&C/O=1.1, two kinds of pellets to react in1240℃,1270℃,1300℃. Critical value P and related value R are confirmed under the study of experiment result. Analysis of restricted links with activation energy and P. Difference of critical value P in restricted links can be get. While P≤0.35is carbon gasified limited, which R is1-e-(1179-21630/T)t. While0.35<P≤1.02is carbon gasified and interface reaction limited, which is a complicated reaction. While P>1.02is interface reaction limited, which R is1-(1-e-31433/T+1703t)3.The result of reduction and velocity in C/O and temperature changing which has a law. The result of reduction is similar at different C/O under experiment hypothesis. The result of reduction is better with higher temperature. Reduction rate is68.6%and metallization rate is70.8%at the temperature1240℃. Reduction rate and metallization are over90%at the temperature1300℃. The transformational time and the most change of velocity are corresponding according to the result of reduction.
