As the plate controlled rolling technology of controlled cooling (TMCP) matures,according to the market demand of a hot rolling plate mill developed WDL610andtempered high strength steel, low alloy the steel has good low temperature impacttoughness,petrochemical, high pressure boiler, reactor, heat exchanger, nuclear reactorpressure vessel, boiler drum, liquefied oil vapor, and other important pieces ofequipment and ideal material. And plate in the process of production, often because ofvarious reasons caused transverse buckling, corrugated, gourd ladle and edge waveshape defects, should be carried out in its cooling after rolling on the platestraightening, in order to reduce or even eliminate these defects. And low temperaturedeformation behavior of physical metallurgy and metal is different high temperaturedeformation of austenite in low temperature zone, the thermal deformation behaviorresearch is less, difficult to obtain the required flow stress calculation model,straightening to straightening process optimization and force parameters calculation,accurate can bring great difficulty.In this paper, WDL610steel as the research object, on the basis of the thermalsimulation experiment, analyzes the deformation conditions of test steel lowtemperature area the influence law of flow stress; According to its characteristics ofstress strain curve, respectively established area work hardening in low temperaturecreep stress model, dynamic recovery and dynamic ecrystallization. For the plant ofthe hot leveller nine roller imported from German, according to the theory ofelastic-plastic bending straightening roller straightening machine are given in theprocess of straightening rolled piece of average strain and strain rate calculationmodel, constructed in the heavy plate hot straightening process, the force canparameters and residual curvature of the new analytical model. On this basis, usingC#language compiled WDL610force under different conditions of straighteningprocess, parameter and residual curvature calculation program. Through examplecalculation, the results show that the actual straightening force can to rated loadparameters are not more than equipment, ensure the equipment safety; By calculatingthe residual curvature of the conversion of different specifications of the workpieceroughness in good agreement with the measured values, and to meet the requirementsafter straightening plates. In this paper, the results could be successfully predicted in thick platestraightening machine in the process of straightening straightening force, parameterand residual curvature, for plate provides the theory basis for hot straighteningprocess parameter. To give full play to the equipment capacity, and improve the plateroller hot straightening machine in the production efficiency, and high platestraightening quality plays an important role.
