Co-crystallization is an effective way to optimize physicochemical properties such as therate of dissolution, thermal stability, biologcal activity and improve performance of the highenergetic materials without changing the structure of molecule. CL-20/ADN may be preparedin some conditions was successfully predicted base on simulation compute on MaterialsStudio, ADN crystal and CL-20/ADN cocrystal intra-reation with H2O molecules simulationwere also carried out. Results show that ADN hygroscopicity property can be changed byCL-20/ADN cocrystal method. CL-20/ADN cocrystal smart material was successfullyprepared by evaporation method at room temperature and CL-20/ADN hygroscopicityproperty was tested. Main works as follow.(1) The CL-20/ADN cocrystal growth simulation results show that CL-20has strongintermolecular hydrogen bond interactions of40kJ/mol and ADN hygroscopicity property canbe changed by CL-20/ADN cocrystal method.(2) High pure ADN crystal was obtained base on raw material amino sulfonic acidpotassium and mixed acid nitration method.(3) CL-20/ADN cocrystal smart material was successfully prepared by evaporation methodat room temperature base on cocrystal theory.(4) Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and Micro-raman Spectroscopy (MRS) wereemployed to characterize the sample. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) forCL-20/ADN cocrystal was also tested. Results show that obtained crystal was CL-20/ADNcocrysal.(5) Hygroscopicity of CL-20/ADN cocrystal and pure ADN were tested in75%relativehumidity. Result indicated that CL-20/ADN has a low hygroscopicity than that of pure ADNcrystal. An advanced inspired mehtod of improved ADN hygroscopicity property is provided.
