As the basis of mechanical processing industry production equipment, machinetool is a machine which can make themselves, and is referred to machine tools thatplayed a significant role in the industrial production. As the importance of themachine tool parts, machine tool guide way has long been a key technology thatmachine constructor attaches great importance. Machine tools guide directly affectsthe overall processing quality, such as productivity, machining precision, the life ofmachine tool and so on. Because the cast iron rail has good vibration reduction ofwear resistance, stability, and the cost is low, it is the first choice for most of themachine tool guide rail material, and the gray cast iron is widely used in the slideguide. Guide rail wear is the main failure form, therefore in the factor affected theaccuracy of guide rail wear is the main influence factors. Machine tool slide guide railwear form is mainly abrasive wear and wear two forms, so the wear rate is higher. Inthe guide rail pair of cast iron, cast iron, if there is no hardening, when both in thecase of no lubricating oil or lubricating oil is insufficient, the wear will be veryserious, and the partial pressure is very high or mechanical impurity is more serious.With machinery industry rapidly develops in recent years, as an integral part ofmachinery industry and industrial processing machine tool production. Machine toolalso needs to keep up with the pace of The Times to achieve excellence. So how toimprove the wear resistance and service life of the machine tool guide way,and thenimprove the machining precision of the machine tool and the production efficiency,has become a problem to be solved. Bionics is a strong comprehensive newsubject that is based on prototype of the imitation of the organism which is in orderto obtain some properties are improved to a on the basis of the model. According tothe principle of bionic coupling model form and material coupling decoupling yuanbionic, it aims to improve the stress uniformity and coordination. The local processingof material surface using laser cladding technology, so that the coupling surface temperatures, to achieve the transformation temperature, changed and organization.Surface microstructure after phase transformation is more compact, and the hardnessenhance, thus this realized the wear resistance improvement. This method is of lowcost, safe and reliable, so the machine producers and users love and favor it.In view of the shortage hardness and poor wear resistance of grey cast ironmaterial in the sliding guide rail of machine tool. According to the bionic couplingtheory, this article optimization design stripes and point the bionic coupling unitmodel with the plants blade and shell as wear resistant biological prototype,combined with the actual production. And couple model processing in railcorresponding of grey cast iron materials by laser melting technology. In order toimprove the wear resistance of machine tool guide ways, by changing the shape ofunits, unit spacing, wear angle index, we design oil lubrication test to seek the optimalmodel of the bionic coupling element.Through the test data and theoretical research, obtains the conclusion: under oillubrication wear resistance of bionic coupling sample is2times of that of theuntreated sample. The morphology, distance distribution, angle arrangement of unit ofbionic coupling sample oil lubricant wear performance. The mesh coupling sampleshave the better wear resistance; while the unit spacing is certain, it has the best wearresistance in the sample angle45degrees. Its essence is to change the unit areaproportion of sample surface, and the larger of proportion, the better abrasionresistance performance of oil in lubrication condition. The results of theseexperiments guide provide a reference for the later design and production of machinetool, and it has certain guiding significance.
