In this paper,nano-SiO2is added to the inorganic polymer flocculant polymeriza tion aluminum silicate iron, the use of nanometer particle small size, huge surface area,Plenty of surface energy, on the one hand, increases the surface area of the PSAF, increased its adsorption area of particles and the adsorption capacity; On the other h-and,the micron grade small particles of PSAF surface extremely easily gather each othe-r,thus promote PSAF unit quickly gathered become chain content, and then, electri city neutralization ing and bridging, and itself and gradually into gel sediment form, i-mprove the performance of the flocculant, achieve low dosing quantity and low resi-due,no secondary pollution, efficiency, and the purpose of environmental protection. Thispaper mainly discusses the compound flocculating agent of the optimal preparati on process condition, before and after the preparation material structure change, wat-er treatment flocculation effect and flocculation mechanism, nano SiO2-PSAF comp oundflocculating agent and its preparation monomer and other common flocculating ability quality comparison and the economic benefit analysis. The results show that:(1)Preparing nanometer SiO2-PSAF compound flocculating agent for the optimu-m condition of the nanometer material dosing quantity of15mg/L (PSAF unit volu-me in Ghana meters of SiO2cast quality), pH value in1.2-1.4, water bath temp-erature60℃, heating time1h, quiet place age for24h after time.(2) Electron microscopy, the results show that:the nano SiO2-the main structur-e PSAF to PSAF crystal structure as the main frame and foundation, nano SiO2m-olecules in the crystal surface homogeneously scattered distribution.Experimental results show that the infrared spectrum analysis:nano SiO2and PSAF born polymerization, will be introduced PSAF SiO2monomers of long chain, forming new (-O-Si-O-)n the chain structure, so as to form the new macromolecule polymerization compounds.(3) Nano SiO2-PSAF compound flocculating agent used to deal with the optim-al waste water of livestock and poultry dosing quantity for5ml/500ml, this time th-e turbidity of removal rate is97.27%, and82.75%for COD removal rate. Deal wit -h different pH under the condition of the livestock and poultry waste water, to ac-hieve the best effect of the pH value of6, this time the turbidity removal rate is98.06%, the removal rate is88.57%chromaticity, COD removal rate of91.22%. De-al with the life wastewater optimal dosing quantity for7ml/500ml, turbidity remov e-alrate99.56%, COD removal rate57.31%. The paper effluent is treated the optim-al dosing quantity for6ml/500ml, this time the turbidity removal rate is98.08%, a-nd70.92%for COD removal rate, chroma removal rate of84.00%. Deal with the optimal JiangHeShui Fen dosing quantity for2ml/500ml-3ml/500ml, turbidity remov-eal rate98.83%, chromaticity removal rate60%.(4) With livestock and poultry waste water as the waste water to nano SiO2-P SAF flocculant preparation monomer-nanometer SiO2, PSAF flocculant as well as th-e two direct mixture, chitosan polymer flocculants, aluminium flocculant as the ref-erence groups for the contrast experiment. Experimental results and experimental ph-enomenon, with turbidity removal rate, chromaticity removal rate, COD removal rat-e for index, from the dose and removing two perspective, nano SiO2-PSAF compo-und flocculating agent than other flocculant all has obvious advantages.(5) Through the analysis of flocculation mechanism, preliminary inference nano SiO2-PSAF compound flocculating agent flocculation mechanism should be between traditional flocculant and organic flocculants between, belong to more complex surfa-ce complexation nuclear hydroxyl, surface hydrolysis and surface precipitation proc-ess. It possesses non-polar polymer flocculant compression electric double layer ads-orption ability electric and ability, and have organic flocculants adsorption ability an-dprecipitation ability to bridge the trap.(6) Through the determination of Al3+residues, we can conclude that when na-no SiO2-PSAF compound flocculating agent of dosing quantity than3ml/500ml, de-termination of Al3+residues can achieve the world health of organizing the standar-d,cannot achieve the americans to set standards. Dosing quantity quartile3ml/500ml, both neither can achieve the world health organization set standards, cannot achiev-ethe americans to set standards.
