Organic fluorescent compounds have a wide range of uses because of their special properties. They are applied to solar cell photosensitizer, organic field-effect transistors, fluorescent probes, light-emitting materials, logic gates, light harvesting system and so on. With the development of society, conventional organic fluorescent compounds can not meet the needs of life, so it is of great significance to develop new organic fluorescent functional materials. In this dissertation, the main task is to design and synthesis new organic fluorescent molecule and its fluorine-boron complexes, and to study their fluorescence properties. The specific contents include the following:(1) Adopting traditional method, the series of the chalcones containing pyridine were synthesized and all the compounds were analysised by NMR, UV and fluorescence detection. The maximum UV-Vis absorption wavelengths of3a-3i were between359-433nm, the chalcone substituted by dimethylamine have bigger redshift60nm than the other chalcones. All of the chalcones had larger Stokes shift up to100nm. In order to study the effect of pH value of solution on the fluorescent properties of the chalcone, we tested the fluorescence property of3c with different pH condition. At the same time, we also investigated the effect of3c fluorescent properties in different solvent.(2) This section we primarily studied the Gewald reaction with green synthesis method under the solvent-free condition through the high-frequency oscillation and synthesized a series of2-aminothiophene derivatives. Optimization of reaction conditions with the raw material ratio, catalyst, catalyst equivalents, reaction time and the oscillation frequency and the2-aminothiophene derivatives were obtained in good yields and all of these compounds were identification by NMR and HRMS.(3) On the basis of the synthesis of2-aminothiophene derivatives, the Schiff base of2-aminothiophene and Salicylaldehyde was synthesized through the conventional synthetic methods and get6Schiff base molecules, Then we obtained the fluorine-boron complexes with the complexation of BF3OEt2. The fluorescent properity Fluorescence spectroscopy was investigated by the UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy.
