IN690has many advantages, such as excellent corrosion resistance, and highstrength, and good stability and excellent metallurgical processing characteristics. It isexcellent material in nuclear power plant steam generator. In this article, temperaturefield and microstructure property of IN690super-alloy during tube extrusion had beensimulated by Marc software.Through high-speed hot compression experiment, curves of stress and strain ofIN690alloy had been tested. Deformation property behavior at high temperature hadbeen analyzed. The relationship between stress and strain of IN690alloy had beenestablished.Temperature field of IN690during tube extrusion had been simulated by Marcsoftware. Law of parameters influence on temperature field was analyzed, which wereextrusion speed, and deformation temperature and friction coefficient. Microstructureproperty of IN690Superalloy during tube extrusion had been simulated. The grain sizeand quantity of recrystallization had been analyzed..Test of tube extrusion at high-speedof IN690alloy had been finished. The microstructure and property of extruded tube ofIN690alloy had been analyzed. Grain size of simulation results and that of experimentare in good agreement. The relative errors are less than15percent.
