With the improvement of living standards, coronary heart disease, coronary atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular system disease has become the important factors affect to human health. Stent implantation is currently the principal means of myocardial reconstruction after acute myocardial infarction. The first generation of metal stents and second generation drug-coated stents’ curative effect of the treatment of coronary heart disease has confirmed and widely used in clinical.But as a permanent stent has many shortcomings, and easy to cause complications.This paper is researching on the biodegradable material stent. As a kind of temporary support, biodegradable stent metabolic producing CO2and H2O and no remaining foreign in body. Because BIS is safety、non-toxic and biocompatibility, which have become the domestic and overseas cardiovascular disease treatment the forefront of research and hot point.This paper proposed by the research from biodegradable stent materials and the structure characteristics of the biodegradable stent to discuss the removal performance and mechanical properties.At the same time through cooperation hospital application intervention and catheter technology and device, put stents in pig’s build-up around blood vessels to evaluation its recent and midterm to the corresponding vascular effects. This paper use modified PLA and PDO this two different materials, testing and analysis material breaking strength, elastic recovery rate, the apparent condition and other basic performances. Through the in vivo and in vitro degradation test to do a deep research on the degradation performance; Using the method of weaving the woven into eight different specifications and material stents, comprehensive in support of porosity, space occupancy, elastic recovery force, load force, the pressure to keep rates to choose the stents. Combined with the actual demand of the hospital implanted rationality analysis.In combination with the machine weaving methods to analysis, strive to explore the most effective method of stents made.This paper’s research significance is to optimize the mechanical characteristics of stent, through study on all aspects of performance especially radial support to discuss and research. Combining actual demand in the clinical application, to support structure optimization design, making the basic accord with the application of demand biodegradable stent.made certain contribution to the mechanical properties of the stent research.To solve the narrow happening in stents after a period of time, this paper use molding stents and materials to study degradation performance of BIS. Expect to develop stent with clinical use degrade performance to fit the change of the decomposition rate. This paper researching provides a theory basis for our country to develop and produce with independent intellectual property rights of the biodegradable stent products.
