Synthesis And Activity Of Novel Strobilurin Fungicides

Methoxy-acrylic esters are efficiency,low toxicity,broad-spectrum afungicideslead by natural antibiotic strobilurin A which has good activity on almost all f-ungal diseases.In recent years,the strobilurin fungicides are very popular, In this paper, thesynthesis of new compounds are based on trifloxystrobin and in view of the lar-ge number of documents while about the application of the principles in creati-ng new pesticides.We also combine synthesis with isosteric principle and pointmatching，field synthetic match and three-dimensional structure-activity of newcompounds and other theories.In the synthesis process,the use of gas chromatography,high performance liquid track to NMR,IR,GC and other detection methodsfor structural characterization,and finally through a biological test to screen newproducts with high fungicide activity.Broad-spectrum fungicide trifloxystrobin ester is a natural product lead compound as a kind of fungicide.Strobilurins successfully developed a new class offluorine-containing fungicides.It is an efficient,broad-spectrum with protection,treatment,eradication,penetration,uptake activity,resistance to rain erosion,long duration,etc.,but no interaction with existing fungicide resistance.Such fungicides are safefor crops and the environment because in soil and water they can be degradedrapidly.Because synthetic intermediates are created all by their own, the cost ofraw materials is greatly reduced.The cost of raw material is about300,000yuan/ton,while the price in the market is about1200,000yuan/ton, so the profit is enormous.In this thesis,we select trifloxystrobin as a lead compound,while maintainingits bacter-icidal groups and the same premise,change the type of side chain groups then designe and synthesize three series of strobilurin compounds.Its structural formula was:...
