Experiment with fly ash, lime and gypsum as main raw materials, adding suitableamount of Na2SO4, CaCl2, etc as additive, uses the steam curing, with strength ofceramsite as the main index, and studies the dosing quantity, calcining temperature,sludge load ion additive amount of influence on strength of ceramsite, preparation canout of the slow release of trace elements of Ni2+, Cu2+sludge ceramsite, sludgeadsorption regularity is studied, load sludge ceramsite release regularity of Ni2+, Cu2+,the modification methods of the sludge, the sludge adsorption properties of modifiedwere tested, the preparation of the modified sludge ceramsite and its release regularitywere studied. The best dosage of sludge is0.1g throught the experiment of singlefactor,the best burning temperature of the sludge is800℃,the best dosage of Ni2+is0.1g.Sludge of Ni2+, Cu2+ions adsorption are in line with the proposed secondarydynamics equation. When the initial concentration of ions in the solution does not at thesame time, the adsorption quantity of sludge increased with the increase ofconcentration. When Ni2+concentration in the solution reached500mg/L, close tosaturation, saturated adsorption capacity of50.40mg/g; When the concentration of Cu2+in the solution reached250mg/L, after close to saturation, saturated adsorption capacityof15.41mg/g. Sludge after modification, the Ni2+adsorption experiment, than thesurname double sludge adsorption quantity; In the Cu2+adsorption experiments, thanthe unmodified sludge adsorption amount raised nearly five times more. Sludge aftermodified post-processing in Ni2+adsorption experiment, the common sludge of Ni2+ions adsorption is almost instantaneous, completely saturated adsorption time changedlittle after modification. In the Cu2+adsorption experiments, the modified sludgeadsorption saturation time than ordinary sludge adsorption saturation time increased.Sludge to balance time for7h Ni2+ions, the cumulative release the balance torelease a quantity to1.8mg/g. Sludge on the release of Cu2+ion balance time of1h, the cumulative release the balance to release a quantity to1.2mg/g. Sludge of Ni2+ions andthe release of Cu2+ions are in accordance with the Weibull curve.Load Ni2+, Cu2+ion sludge ceramsite, modification of sludge ceramsite to ionrelease experiment, sludge ceramsite to Ni2+ions and the release of Cu2+ions are inaccordance with Weibull dynamics equation. Modification of sludge ceramsite thanunmodified sludge clay particle release balance time is extended; Ion release quantitywith adding ions increase with the increase of the quality, increase with the increase ofthe quality of the ceramsite, by the rise of temperature.
