| With the development of science and technology, LED energy-saving technology has brought hope to solve the energy problem. For the popularity of LED energy-saving technology and the target of the public energy saving, the design practice of LED energy-saving lamp is instructed by the theory of product system design.Based on the concept and basic characteristics of the system, the three principles of the system are elaborated. And the three principles of the system lead to the mode of thinking that we do product system design. Combined of the concept of system, the concept of product system is defined based on product life-cycle. The most importances of the article include the product conceptual design, product modeling design and design evaluation. The conceptual design of the LED energy-saving lamp is completed through marketing research, technical research, user’s needs research, modeling regular research, human-machine-environment research, and relevant laws and regulations research. And then I make the design orientation clear. With guidance of design orientation, the practice of energy-saving LED lamp design is carried out. Conceptual design is made visual to complete product modeling design through concept sketches based on results of the research, the computer’s impression drawing, the structural design, the logo and color design, materials’processing technic design, human-computer design. The different characteristics of conceptual sketches and different ways of thinking are derived from combination of the three stages of conceptual sketches and system theory. Finally, design evaluation is summed up by the principles of product system design. It composes of the technical property, aesthetic property, man-machine property, economic property and social property. Every property is quantified and calculated with the method of fuzzy evaluation for the evaluating results of the LED energy-saving lamp modeling design.Innovation:the practice of design is guided based on the theory of system design; the method of product system design is exported by the three principles of system theory; Combing the three stages’design characteristics of concept sketches, drawing sketch stage systematic way of thinking; Proposing five indicators of product design evaluation, using fuzzy evaluation method to quantify the various properties of the product, and calculating the results of the evaluation of the integrated design. |
