It is very important meaningful in supramolecular field to build a new type of cyclodextrin derivatives by inducing special structure or functional group through certain way. However, so far, the modification, the separation and purification of cyclodextrin or its derivatives are still difficult problem. Click reaction catalyzed by copper ion has many advantages, such as the mild reaction conditions, high yield, less by-product, simple separated procedure. These advantages of click reaction can overcome the difficulties of synthesis and separation of cyclodextrin derivatives.Triphenylene and its derivatives are stable with large conjugated structure. They can self-assemble into typical discotic liquid crystal through π-π stacking interaction. It is very important to combine triphenylene and supramolecular unit together through certain way for building new type of discotic liquid crystal. Fullerenes have unique physical and chemical properties. It is a typical electron-deficient group and have poor solubility in solvents. This makes its application limited largely. However, this defect of fullerenes can be made up by the water-soluble of cyclodextrin. Thus, it is also very important to synthesis fullerenes-cyciodextrin derivatives by certain way for building new type supramolecular derivatives.In this paper, cyclodextrin and6-position nitrine of monocyclicdextrin are used as starting materials. We intuoduce some specific structure and functional group through click reaction to design and synthesis a series of new type cyclodextrin derivatives with thiazole ring. Their properties were also investigated. The main contents are as follows:In the first chapter, design and synthesis of three new type of cyclodextrin derivatives with triphenylene mesomorphic unit were described. Research showed only compound6a have liquid crystalline performance through DSC、POM and XRD measures. It’s type of liquid crystalline performance with hexagonal prism phase (Colh) and a wide range of mesomorphic range. However the other two compounds have no liquid crystalline performance. In the second chapter, design and synthesis of three new type of cyclodextrin derivatives with Schiff-base groups,10a,10b,10c were reported. They all showed strong molecular recognition abilities based on the synergistic interaction of Schiff-base groups, thiazole rings and the hydroxyl of cyclodextrin.In the third chapter, design and syntheses of new type of cyclodextrin derivatives containing fullerene unit14a and14b were presented. The recognition ability of compound14b is stronger than that of compound14a due to compound14b has double cycfodextrin structure.In the fcurth chapter, three new type of aldehyde cyclodextrin derivatives9,9a, and9b were designed and synthesized in reasonable yield. Their structures have been confirmed byIR、MS、NMR and element analysis.
