Photocatalysis technique is of simple craft and low cost, and it is one of the most promising technique in environmental protection. Nanometer TiO2is a commonly used photocatalysis, which can be used in oxygenolysis of organics. It has no secondary pollution, good thermostability, is non-toxic. Thus, it possesses a broad application foreground in the field of photocatalysis. It is hopeful to develop a3-d porous photocatalyst with high adsorption and high catalytic activity by preparing anatase TiO2aerogel with larger specific surface area and pore volume.In this research, the exception butyl acrylate acid was used as titanium source, and anatase crystal-structured TiO2aerogel was prepared through sol-gel method under low temperature, with ionic liquid [C6mim]Br as aging liquid and ethanol as solvent. The prepared sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), nitrogen absorption-desorption experiment (BET) and infrared spectroscopic (IR). Photocatalysis activity of TiO2aerogel was studied with reactive blue as simulate contamination. The result of the experiment showed that:(1)Two kinds of hydrophilic liquid [C6mim]Br and [C12mim]Br were prepared through one-step synthesis method. Anatase crystal-structured TiO2aerogel was prepared through sol-gel method under low temperature, with ionic liquid [C6mim]Br as template and ethanol as solvent. The effect of chemical amount, aging liquid and drying method on gelation time and aerogel form was confirmed in this experiment.(2)The prepared sample was characterized by SEM, TEM, BET and XRD. The results showed that the TiO2aerogel sample was a kind of anatase mesoporous material, of which the average pore size was around9-12nm and the specific surface area was95.5-302.0m2/g.(3)Photocatalysis activity of TiO2aerogel was studied with reactive blue as simulate contamination and32W ultraviolet lamp as light source, and the result showed that the TiO2aerogels prepared with ionic liquid [C6mim]Br as aging liquid presented better photocatalysis activitys than the typical TiO2photocatalysis P25. This was closely related to larger specific surface area and uniform pore structure of TiO2aerogel.
