In recent years, because of the energy crisis and environmental issues become quite serious, solar power has been an unprecedented development, thus contributing to the development of related technologies of solar cells preparation. According to the practical needs of hot and cold ventilation systems for a solar cell manufacturing equipment, research and development an heater that burning natural gas to replace the electric heater in the former system.Compared with coal and oil, natural gas is a clean, green, high quality and efficient energy. Meanwhile, using natural gas is more affordable than using electric energy. Therefore, this article based on the application of combustion and gas-related theory, developed a gas burner, and used the method of numerical calculation of the internal flow field of the burner, analyze combustion chamber temperature, velocity and species concentration distribution.Based on the integrated use of the gas burning theory, used experience and semi-empirical formula to determine the heat load of the burner, and the designed and calculated the ejector structure size, the fire hole area, the fire hole spacing and other parameters in detail. And ultimately determine the structure of the burner, drawing a three-dimensional map and two-dimensional dimensions.Using GAMBIT software to Built the numerical model of burner and combustion chamber and divided the grid.In FLUENT platform, using a standard turbulence model to describe the flow that after the mixtured gas and air in the injector enter into the combustion tube, obtain the speed and component concentration of the mixture gas of the fire hole. Provide a reference for the next step numerical simulation of combustion; used a standard turbulence model to describe the fluid flow of combustion chamber, used eddy dissipation model and the discrete ordinates radiation model to describe the process that the combustion of gas and heat transfer in the combustion chamber, got the combustion chamber distribution of the temperature field, velocity field and the component concentration;At the same time, the article also discussed the air temperature distribution of the different combustion tube, and tubes of different positions in the combustion chamber, and provide a reference for the improvement burner and combustion chamber.This article is from the real problems,which has positive significance for the project to find the best solution.
