With the fast development of social economy, the demand of mineral resourcesgrows rapidly. In promoting the rapid development of the local economy, whileenvironmental pollution and ecological damage caused by mineral resourcedevelopment growing, resulting in a lot of unreasonable exploitations. The miningsupervision mode in China has low operating efficiency and poor supervision effects. There are a great of challenges for China to achieve a sustainable development andutilization for mineral resources. Many negative environmental effect has beenbrought during the process of mineral resource developing, which has restricted thesustainable development of the ecological environment. Some mining origin ofatmospheric pollution, desertification, salinization, mining waste, waste residue area, damage to surface native vegetation and etc phenomena seriously, largely affected theproduction and daily life of local people, in some areas have become a stumblingblock to economic and social development.Taking Ruoergai uranium mine area as research area, this article studied themining area vegetation heavy metal coercion situation by comprehensive using ofground data collection and hyerspectral remote sensing processing method.Hyperspectral remote sensing can reflect both spatial and spectral information, andhelp to improve the accuracy of information extraction, having great potential ofenvironmental safety monitoring. This article realized vegetation,s pollutionmonitoring in mine area based on the HJ-1-A high spectrum remote sensing phantom, and provided the technical support for the mining area environmental pollution andgoverns. The research of monitoring technology carried out by the environmental effectscaused by the development of mineral resources in the study area based on the HJ-1-Ahyperspectral remote sensing data.Carry out the work in the study area likeinterpretation signs to establish, information extraction, and field surveyverification.etc, which based on the pretreatment of the original image. Select theappropriate method to extract the information of HJ-1-A hyperspectral remote sensingdata through the analysis of spectral as vegetation and related information index.Analysis on vegetation level of threat also known as the extent of contamination, which use the parameter of vegetation red edg.On this based, through in-depthanalysis of the performance of the contaminated vegetation of image characteristicsand spectral anomalies, macro grasp the scope and extent of pollution in the region.Combining with the wild field-proven findings, the study is to analysis the resultof extraction which using HJ-1A hyperspectral remote sensing data. The results showthat the extracted vegetation area and the actual situation of the study area areconsistent, contaminated areas is closely related to the distribution of metalmines.HJ-1-A hyperspectral remote sensing data further proof the effective inversionresults of surface features and environmental effects, which provides a set of viabletechnology method in the study of carrying out in similar areas with similarenvironmental effects by using HJ-1-A hyperspectral data.
