Steel industry is the important basic industry of national economy, has been hailed as the backbone of economic growth, China’s steel production has for many years ranked first in the world, but it doesn’t say in our country has become a steel superpower. First of all, the serious homogeneity competition, only making low-end steel, a large number of high-end steel still needs to be imported; Second, the energy consumption of per ton steel is far higher than that of developed countries, caused serious environmental pollution and energy waste. This topic the first step in hot rolling of steel rolling system of heating furnace automatic control system as the research object, from the perspective of quality, energy saving, high efficiency, and other solutions and make the design:1. The PLC system as the control unit, select Contrologix rockwell company1756series high-performance programmable controller and FlexLogix1794workstation system, chooses industrial Ethernet communication, remote I/O through Ethernet network line communication with PLC, HMI interface design with5000RSNetworx RSLogix.2. Paragraphs furnace temperature control adopts the cascade parallel double cross limiting control system, can adapt to conform to the changes in the stable, won’t produce caused by insufficient air caused by incomplete combustion phenomenon and air excess oxygen combustion phenomenon.3. The furnace bottom water effect of beam and column using the best and the most energy-efficient evaporative cooling way, recycling and steam reuse a lot of water saving.4. The application of independent process automation control system (Level2) and basic automation (Level1) and control (Level0) for data communications equipment.On the basis of the above way to design the full automatic control system of heating furnace.
