With coal mining depth increases every year, we are faced with complex andsurrounding rock stress state is difficult to support such problems are more prominent,so carry out deep mine roadway surrounding rock deformation mechanism andsupporting technology research has important theoretical significance and practicalvalue. In this paper, Shandong Zhaolou roadway actual operating environment as anengineering background, theoretical analysis, field monitoring and FLAG-3Dsimulation method of combining the Zhaolou mine complex roof and supporting bodyinteractions were studied. Main contents and conclusions are:(1) studied the deep surrounding rock deformation and failure mechanism,combined with the elastic-plastic mechanics, rock mechanics, mining stress and strainanalysis of the volume expansion softening the impact on roadway damage.(2) by their predecessors on the plastic deformation of surrounding rockmechanics studies, combined with Kastner ’s formula and the deep rock rockproperties analysis gives the surrounding rock displacement, stress and the radius ofthe analytical formula. Strengthen theoretical study of deep roadway to provide morescientific and theoretical reference.(3) By analyzing the destruction of deep rock roadway law should be developedin order to draw as the main anchor coupling support technology. And analysis of avariety of technology features support for different rock conditions, support to take adifferent way to better control the stability of surrounding rock.(4) made on three coal roadway safety evaluation, and the use of FLAG-3Dsoftware for three coal roadway through the line of three-dimensional simulation,analysis of the case in the existing roadway supporting composite roof displacementand stress changes and the impact of law, research the feasibility of supportingstructure. Analysis of the weak intercalation compound roof in different thickness,location, characteristics and roof damage and supporting body interactions.
