Handan Iron and Steel CSP hot strip mill is the early introduction of the compacthot rolling strip mill plate, which is designed, manufactured by the German SMS,which uses low-power AC synchronous motor as the power system, the application ofSiemens AC-AC inverter system as its control system.In the past, the use of modernlow-power AC synchronous motor largely enhances the transmission of controlperformance and accuracy, even more than the DC transmission system.Of course, thesteel sheet in the rolling mill process is running faster and faster, which appeared inthe vibration mill, resulting in a decline in the quality of the product, but also affectthe life and precision of control of the mill, the mill speed control so quick andefficient production that plays an important role.This topic is committed to rolling mill main drive system torsional vibrationproblems, the main transmission speed electric mill improved control algorithm foranalysis and simulation and practical application of a combination to suppress thetorsional vibration mill main drive system.
