Coal is the main energy in China.Coal mine track transportation as the artery of coal mine production is the main production process of coal enterprises.As the China’s economy develops very fast,the demand for energy increases year by year,coal mining expended in both size and yield. As with the deeper depth of the mining well lane,mine production accident is becoming one of the most seriously problem in coal industry.However,the tramcar accident occupies a considerable proportion in the security incidents.A set of efficient and reliable anti car running transport system is of great significance to increase the economic and technical indexes of mine production.Extensively use of protective device is to ensure underground work safety.It is a good method to reduce the loss of personal property.Wherever,there have no mature anti-slipped devices at present,especially the reliable equipment that can timely capture the tramcar.The thesis aims at solving the problem of complex mineral rail transportation system,poor working conditions and frequent coal transportation accidents in the transportation of slope mine.After checking various documents of domestic and foreign country,i reviewed the type and the development as well as the application of the protective system combined with long-term working experience in the disciplines of engineering and personal technology.A design of coal mine catcher for run-away devices security system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) technology,automation technology and sensor technology is proposed in this paper by studying the currently existing types of device security system on markets and analysing their shortcomings.This system mainly consists of velocity measurement system and pneumatic system.It designs the implementation program of loop inductance coil measuring velocity (acceleration) sensor,cylinder limit electromagnetic force sensor,normally closed car catcher,normally closed type barrier,buffering.The hardware system and key software program are designed based on PLC technology aimed at satisfying the electrical control function requirements of the flexible protective system.The electrical control system provide a reliable basis for the whole car protective system.It is the first time to judge whether a mine car is overspeed or not by testing its acceleration through three sensors.This method can ensure the security of the system better.After the field testing in Shan xi Fen xi Xin yu coal limited liability company,this system is of high precision,reliability and the action of car stop bar is sensitive.This system realizes four main functions:self-lock and alarm of car-running,self-lock and alarm of over speed,raising the net-block when tramcars coming,laying down the net-block when tramcars going.This device is with the function of automatic anti-run and immediate arrest,and it can prevent effectively the runaway accidents.However,this system is proved with significantly improved reliability than the past approaches.It avoids serious mine accident because of car-running,steel-rope broken,and over speed in slope mine transportation.It is of great significance to ensure the safety of mine production.
