Study Of Anti-interference For CNC Plasma Cutting Machine

Electromagnetic interference has a greater impact on the stability of the CNC plasma cutting machine’s operation, will cause the system malfunction, crash, etc.. Currently, CNC plasma cutting machine is mainly taken the shielding, filtering, grounding and other measures to suppress EMI interference. But the interference is not completely purged, the system still appears abnormal situation when it is running. Therefore, we need to take further measures against interference for CNC plasma cutting machine system to improve the anti-interference ability of system, and to guarantee the system’s reliable operation.Firstly, this paper expounds the basic concept and classification of electromagnetic interference, and focuses on the interference sources of cutting machine system. In addition, from the perspective of communication medium, it analyzes the anti-interference principle and anti-interference ability of the communication medium suitable for CNC plasma cutting at this stage, and puts forward a general design of a system chich uses optical fiber communication to improve the anti-interference ability of the system. Then design the hardware circuit around the optical fiber communication system, including components selection, selection of the chip. Based on the comparison experiment between the twisted-pair cable communication used by the original system and the optical fiber communication of the design to transmit signals in the environment with electromagnetic interference, analyzed the output, and drew a conclusion that the anti-interference ability of the optical fiber is better. Finally, the designing, manufacturing and welding of the circuit board were based on the design of hardware circuit, and the circuit boards were used for practical applications.The topic of CNC plasma cutting machine adopted optical fiber communication can further improve the system anti-interference ability,and meet the demand of enterprise. Therefore, the topic has very important practical significance to improve the reliability and stability of system.
