Research On Shape Distrotion Of The Prefabricated Hole Near The Plastic Bending Deformation Zone

According to characteristics of sheet metal bending, characteristics of forming process for bending sheet metal with prefabricated holes are studied deeply by finite element simulation technology, with which bending process of sheet metal with prefabricated holes are simulated. And aberrations of prefabricated holes near the deformation zone in bending process are analyzed. Combined with bending experiments, simulation is verified and distortion law of prefabricated holes near the deformation zone is summarized.By bending simulation of pure aluminum material plate with prefabricated holes, effects of prefabricated holes distortion are analyzed under a variety of process parameters, and the paper summarizs distortion law of bending with prefabricated holes as follows:In bending process, inside aperture of prefabricated holes turn smaller, and outside bigger, at the same time, tangential distortion of prefabricated holes was worse than wide one;Increasing degree of sheet metal bending would make a wore distortion between prefabricated holes;The degree of distortion of prefabricated holes would increase by the increasing the diameter of prefabricated holes.In connection with the distortion of prefabricated holes in bending process, which had been analyzed by finite element simulation technology, a bending experiment was designed to bend plates with prefabricated holes, then combined with experiments results, verifying the distortion law got by finite element simulation, confirming the feasibility of finite element simulation ways, and perfecting plans. Distortion laws of plates with prefabricated holes in bending process is summarized at last.
