Noodles has been a long history in our country and become an indispensable partof our lives，because of the low cost，convenient to eat，long shelf life and manycostumers like it，With the increasing demand for people’s life，the existing problemsof noodle in the production process more and more apparently．Especially，the qualityof noodle packaging is related to the taste of the food，this problem of low efficiently，big workload and the problem of high cost by the packaging needs to be solved．According to seeking relevant information，the production line of the noodles bagwas analyzed with the professional basic theory and professional knowledge．Firstly，the process of the packaging action of noodles packaging machine was analyzed，andthe transmission mechanism and actuator for the bagging equipment were selected．Then the operating principle of the key institutions such as code noodle mechanism，wrapping and molding mechanism，bagging mechanism，etc．have been researchedand designed．These institutions were made with innovative design and proposed tosolve the key issues need to be considered．The mechanism and the action parameterswere designed by optimization designed．The pneumatic components were selected asthe transmission mechanism and actuator in this production line．The model of thepneumatic components and control system were designed and analyzed．At last，theoverall layout of the production line was determined．...
