Edible vegetable oil is the necessity of People’s Daily life, provides the bodywith heat and fatty acids, also help promote the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins,its quality plays an important influence on human health. At home, the quality ofthe cooking oil security become the focus of the wide attention from the state andsociety. Nowadays, modern near infrared spectral analysis technology is theanalysis of oil testing technology at the lowest cost, highest efficiency and fastestanalysis testing technology. Spectrum chemometrics software is an impor tantcomponent of near infrared spectral analysis technology, near infrared spectrometerwill be stable, reliable and comprehensive functions of chemometrics software iscombining modern near infrared spectral analysis technology for oil testinganalysis of important symbol. Chemical metrology in near infrared spectrummethod of the research content mainly involves two aspects: one is the study of thespectral pretreatment method, the purpose is for a specific sample, through theappropriate handling of the spectrum, eliminate all kinds of environment factors onthe spectrum, for the establishment of calibration model and prediction of unknownsample composition foundation; Second, the near infrared spectrum correctionmodel method of research, purpose is based on software is stable, reliablequalitative and quantitative analysis of the model. In edible vegetable oil as theresearch object, this paper USES the near infrared spectral analysis technology andchemometrics analysis method, to carry out the study of edible vegetable oilsquality detection method. This article details the laser machine adopted in theexperiment the basic principle of near infrared spectrometer and the main technicalindicators. The main research contents and research conclusions are as follows:1. To study the use of near infrared spectroscopy in edible vegetable oilsclassification detecting adulteration identification, quality analysis and threeaspects of research and application are reviewed, analysis of near infraredtechnology in the process of modeling the key problems are analyzed andsummarized.2. The research introduced the Axsun XL410laser hardware structure of nearinfrared spectrometer, the basic principle and main technical indicators of theinstrument.3. Near infrared laser was studied on edible vegetable oil testing and oilquality testing, the application of near infrared spectra method is using a laser onthe components of edible vegetable oil related quantitative analysis, the quantitativ -e detection for oil quality to provide the reference.4. Research on the instrument and the near infrared spectrum collection andmonitoring software to improve, the development, the software improvement forthe following main functions: to read and write the SPC spectrum forma t, dynamicmeasurement, optical switch communication and control, integrated data processingfunction.5. Research on spectrum instrument’s own collection mapping software furtherdeveloped on the basis of the map and the results of data analysis software. Nearinfrared spectrometer for laser to the practical requirement of the edible vegetableoil, deciding the overall concept of the application software system, which is basedon Visual C++and MATLAB programming ideas, design to develop: import readfunction of map data, graph data preprocessing function, correction model is set upmultiple functions such as function and invocation model and predict the results ofthe application. To analysis of the software system is compatible with a variety ofspectroscopy instrument collection of documents, at the same time with the spectralanalysis of comprehensive function, component concentration prediction accuracy,users use ease of operation etc., in the end, the near-infrared spectral analysistechnology to fully do has the characteristics of hardware, software, and model arean organic whole, for the future in the field of edible vegetable oils provides aquick and accurate quality detection means.
