The factory that products nitrate and nitrite by direct production, was resultedthe enrichment of chloride ion and it’s produce was doped by Sodium due to the rawmaterial soda contains sodium and the recycled use of water.Conduct research ofremoving chloride ion in the mother liquor by coagulating sedimentation method andIon exchange method in this paper.First probed the results of removing chloride ions with action time, temperature, and initial concentration of chloride ions. The results showed that:a resin containingsilver very quickly, and can reach adsorption equilibrium about20mins,the adsorptioncapacity is about100g/L;the removal rate of sodium chloride is raised as thetemperature rises on the relatively low temperature, the removal rate droppeddrastically when the temperature is too high.Experimental dechlorination reaction ofthe resin sufficiently quickly, when the concentration of chloride ions in the solution isless than the amount of silver resin’s adsorption capacity, the removal rate of chloridenearly100%.Then explore the reaction time, temperature, initial concentration of chloride ionsand calcium aluminum ratio chloride removal efficiency on lime-Aluminum method. The experimental results showed that: the removal of chloride response faster, usually2.5hours to complete the reaction; sufficiently mixing conditions, when the molarconcentration ratio of calcium, aluminum and initial chloride ions is5:2:3the chlorideions removal reach the highest removal rate was66.7%; When the desired amount ofcalcium and aluminum reagent adequate, chloride ions removal with its initialconcentration increases, when the chloride ion concentration is7.02g/L, the maximumvalue of the chloride ion removal rate is of55.8%.When the chloride ionconcentration is increased further, chloride ion removal rate reduced contrary. Elevatedtemperature is not conducive to the removal of chloride ions. Finally, analyzed the cost of the two methods and compared the actual cost ofproduction of the two methods. From the time investment and maintenance in terms ofdaily production, the cost of silver resin method is relatively higher than theprecipitation method. In the absence of a viable method for recovering silver ions areapplied, there is of limited production value of silver resin.
