Microcystin is a class of chatter algae, such as Anabaena and Microcystis produce monocyclic heptapeptide liver toxins. Cyano-bacterial blooms among our various waters, the presence of80%of the algae can produce toxins, most of which is algae Microcystis and Anabaena. Due to the organizational structure of microcystin highly stable, if using conventional drinking water treatment technology is not thoroughly cleaned of the toxins. Now the general approach will be adopted photo degradation, biodegradation way, membrane treatment, activated carbon adsorption and chemical oxidation and ozonation way to clean up the way microcystin. However, due to immature technology, China is currently a lot of water cleaning plants still using the traditional way, so the current need for traditional cleanup event microcystin-depth analysis and research, which will improve the removal of algal toxins technology is very important.According to the north in a certain landscape water was conducted, the effects of three different coagulant (polyaluminum chloride, polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate, ferric chloride) on the removal efficiency of algae, the results show that, in separately adding three kinds of coagulant process, polymerization aluminum chloride (PAC) is the most prominent coagulation effect, the removal of microcy-stins in the water the best; at the same time, the optimum parameters of PAC removal of microcystins in the water, the dosage is30mg/L, sample pH value of6,30min precipitation conditions, algae, Microcystis cells and the best removal rate were respectively82.3%and30.4%the turbidity, UV254, TOC; the best removal rates were69.9%,63.3%,15%. In the PAC and coagulant (PAM) removal process used in combination, the addition of30mg/L PAC, and the addition of3mg/L PAM, algae and microcystin removal rate of more than90%, at the same time, turbidity, UV254and TOC removal rate has increased to varying degrees. In the use of PAC as a coagulant conditions, by adding Potassium Permanganate and powder activated carbon by pre oxidation, the results show that the raw water, powdered activated carbon and PAC. Investment amount is30mg/, algae toxin, UV254and the removal rate of TOC reaches the maximum value, respectively86%,59.5%and20.5%; in addition, when the content of2.5mg/L in water samples Potassium Permanganate, algal cells have not been killed, but the algae cell color changes, lost activity, but when the content of5mg/L, the algal cells will be a large number of death, destruction of cell wall, cell endotoxin released, the microcystins in water increased. In addition, in the process of removing organic pollutants, Potassium Permanganate pre oxidation and activated carbon in combination can play a better removal effect than single use, decontamination ability.
