With the in-depth study of the mechanism of electrolytic pretreatment andpretreatment gradually applied in various fields, electrolytic pretreatment of excesssludge performance and lytic effect has become a research focus. From thedevelopment trend of domestic electrolytic pretreatment to see, the study of themechanism of electrolysis, electrode materials, electrolytic reaction structure andeach factor of electrolysis is crucial. Currently Issues such as electrolyticpretreatment electrolysis efficiency is low, poor lytic effect, few studies electrolyticoxidation process in various process parameters on the nature of the sludge. Furtherstudies by the author, which design an electrolytic pretreatment reactor, by changingprocess parameters investigated the effects of the nature of excess sludge. Andfurther improve the performance electrolytic pretreatment and lytic effect. of excesssludge.To study electrolytic pretreatment performance of excess sludge, the test setelectrolytic pretreatment reactor internal spacing2.0cm wide equidistant slot. Inorder to even insert Ti/RuO2anode plate and stainless steel cathode plate, the electricfield intensity of each reaction zone is equal. Using mechanical stirrer mixed theexcess sludge, which improve the conditions of mass transfer between the electrodeplates and the electrolyte. Determine the process parameters of the electrolytic,changing the pH of the sludge mixture, increasing the concentration of ions in theelectrolyte. Without changing the conditions of operating conditions, greatlyenhanced mass transfer efficiency, electrolytic pretreatment performance of theexcess sludge significantly improved.Electrolytic pretreatment reactor improves the mass transfer conditions betweenthe electrode plates and the electrolyte. At the same time by changing the pH value ofthe mixture, which enhances the concentration of ions and the current density in theelectrolyte. It improves the performance and lytic effect of electrolysis pretreatment.Electrolytic pretreatment reactor also has a high oxidation efficiency, simpleoperation, small footprint, not easy to produce secondary pollution and many other advantages. Excess sludge electrolytic oxidation is an advantage prominent and apretreatment technology of significant effect.
