As the "low temperatures shallow degrees of separation" technology were used in the gas gathering station in the Yulin gas field, the "the wet gas gathering and transmission" technology was used in the gas gathering pipeline network.At the same time, because of the yulin gas field landform undulates terribly, and the water quality is difference in the different pipeline.So there were many types of the pipeline corrosion both inside and outside the pipeline in many forms.During the middle-later period of Yulin gas field development, there are some various kinds of corrosion problems of pipeline, such as dissolved02, H2S, C02, Cl-and so on. as time goes on. The degree of pipeline corrosion has been becoming more more serious, and which leads to some security problems. By confirming various types of corrosion, this paper analysis different kinds of corrosion, and then proposes the corresponding measure which is effective for corrosion reducing.This paper analysis different kinds of corrosion, and then proposes the corresponding measure which is effective for corrosion reducing.Analysis found that the inner corrosion is mainly caused by the acidic gas such as CO2, H2S, soluble O2in water and minerals such as Cl-ion electrochemical corrosion. There was still fluid impact corrosion in most of the pipeline. The external corrosion is mainly due to the pipe external anticorrosion painting spalling.So the corroded pipelines were caused by the external environment temperature, humidity, and the oxygen concentration.Therefore the smart pig,the fluid pipeline corrosion monitoring device, filling the corrosion scale inhibitor, the ground sand control device and the desulfurizer were used to control the inner corrosion.At the same time,the external corrosion was controled by the pipeline integrity detection technology,thecathodic prtectionsystem and the pipeline reinforcement technology.These supporting protection technology were used to control the gathering pipeline corrosion effectively.
