In this dissertation,We Choose different monomer, crosslinking agent to synthesize the salt-tolerant water swelling microspheres via inverse suspension polymerization,and the properties of salt-tolerant water swelling microspheres werestudied.The dissertation consists of three parts as follows.The first part,the salt-tolerant water swelling microspheres P(AM-AMPS-NMBA) was prepared with acrylamide and2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid as the monomer and N ’ N-methylene double acrylamide ascrosslinker.The influence of dispersant type on the microspheres morphology andthe every component on absorbtion rate were explord respectively. The resultsshowed that the microspheres prepared under the optimum condition showed good salt resistance in different concentration solution.The second part,the salt-tolerant water swelling microspheres P(AA-AM-PEGDA) was prepared with Acrylic acid and acrylamide as the monomer andpolyethylene glycol diacrylate as crosslinker. The influence of dispersant type onthe stability of reaction system and microspheres morphology and the ratio ofmonomer,the neutralization value of acrylic acid, crosslinker dosage and initiator dosage on absorbtion rate were explord respectively. The results showed thatthe increase of stirring speed and the dosage of dispersants can reduce the particle size of microspheres effectively,the water absorption of the microspheresprepared under the optimum condition can reach82g/g.The third part,the salt-tolerant water swelling microspheres P(AA-AM-PEGMA-NMBA) was prepared with Acrylic acid, acrylamide and polyethylene glycol methyl acrylate as the monomer and N ’ N-methylene double acrylamideas crosslinker.The type and dosage of dispersing agent and reaction temperature on the product form and the yield were explord respectively. The results showed that when the reaction temperature was75℃and dispersant was Span60 -Span80,we got granular product,the yield reached more than80%,salt resistance and thermal stability of microspheres were fine.
