Firstly, room temperature vulcanization technology of Natural Rubber(NR)was studied in this paper. Results showed that:Natural Rubber(NR) filled with1phrvulcanization accelerators ZDC/PEX showing the best vulcanization effect andrelatively high thermal conductivity. Then, Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes(MWNTs)were choosed as high thermal conducive filler to enhance thermal conductivity of NR.The influences of carbon nanotubes local orientation and overall orientation on thermalconductivity of NR composites were also studied.Researches showed that: With the increase of A-MWNTs, the thermalconductivity of the NR composite material with A-MWNTs local orientationpreparation by solution blending greatly increased and the thermal stability greatlyreduced. Microbeam units density increased in TEM images, the contact probabilitybetween the microbeams increased, thermal conductive network chains were moreperfect, so the thermal conductivity of NR composites with10%A-MWNTs jumpedto0.735W/(m·K), increased by222.4%than NR composite filled with10%MWNTs.Due to the magnetic response of MWNTs itself is relatively weak, to makethe MWNTs overall orientational in NR matrix, MWNTs should be magnetic modified.This article obtained Fe3O4/MWNTs magnetic nanoparticles by chemicalcoprecipitation preparation. Research showed that:Fe3O4/MWNTs magneticnanocomposite particles had superparamagnetism characteristic.In this paper, we obtained NR composite with Fe3O4/MWNTs integraldirectional by solution blending in the magnetic field. With the increase ofFe3O4/MWNTs, the thermal conductivity and thermal stability of NR compositeincreased gradually. the beginning degradation temperature of NR composite gradually raised, heat-resisting performance gradually improved. In addition, the increase of themagnetic field strength and the growth of directional time will make the thermalconductivity of NR composite increased. In SEM images, Fe3O4/MWNTs orientationdegree increase with increasing of directional time and magnetic field intensity, whichverified the increase of the thermal conductivity of NR composite in theFe3O4/MWNTs orientation direction.
