The development of stealth technique and increasingly electromagnetic pollution promote the research of absorbing materials. At present, absorbing material is developing toward the goals and direction of "thin, light, wide and strong". Graphene are expected to be an excellent microwave absorbent material due to its high surface area, remarkable mechanical strength, and excellent conductivity.Firstly, we got reduced graphene oxide (RGO) by the oxidation-reduction method and a series of RGO-based composite absorbing materials, including polyaniline/graphene (PANI/RGO), silicon carbide/polyaniline/graphene (SiC/PANI/RGO), Barium ferrite/graphene (BaFe12O19/RGO) was prepared followed RGO. And then their structure and wave absorption performance were studied.In this paper, RGO was prepared by the oxidation-reduction method. The result shows that RGO has a good electromagnetic wave absorption performance because its dielectric constant and dielectric loss is high. The minimum reflection loss of RGO is-7.0dB at10.2GHz when the matching thickness is2mm.PANI nanofibers was prepared by Oxidative polymerization method. The result shows that ultrasound and low concentration of monomer is beneficial to obtain PANI nanofibers with high length-diameter ratio. The PANI nanofibers has a high absorption strength but a narrow bandwith. PANI nanofibers has a maximum absorption of-22.5dB at12.0GHz and the frequency region in which the reflection loss below-10.0dB is10-16 GHz when the match thickness is2mm.Through reduction of PANI/GO, we got the amorphous PANI/RGO composite absorbing material while under the condition of ultrasonic, PANI nanofibers/RGO composite material was prepared by in-situ polymerization. The result shows that the microwave absorbing property of PANI nanofibers/RGO is significantly better than that of PANI/RGO. When the matching thickness is2.5mm, the maximum absorbing peak of PANI nanofibers/RGO is about-17dB at14.5GHz, while the reflectivity that less than-10dB is10-16GHz.SiC/PANI absorbing material was made by in-situ polymerization, and SiC/PANI/RGO ternary composite absorbing material was prepared by blending RGO and SiC/PANI. The microwave absorbing property of SiC/PANI/RGO composite prepared by simply blending is significantly better when compared with that of PANI and SiC/PANI composite. When the matching thickness is2mm, the maximum absorbing peak of SiC/PANI/RGO is-25dB at about15GHz and the reflectivity that less than-10dB is12.5-17.8GHz.Two different particle size of BaFe12O19/RGO were prepared by hydrothermal method and the two kinds of composites have poor absoption performance. BaFe12O19/RGO composite with the BaFe12O19diameter of20nm has the higher absorption strength when compared with that the BaFe12O19diameter is50nm, and when the matching thickness is9mm, the maximum absorbing peak of BaFe12O19/RGO (BaFe12O19diameter:20nm) is-9.8dB at14.8GHz.
