Wuqi Low Permeability Oil Reservoir Blockage Removal Technology Research

Water injection development oil field, due to the injected water, underground fluid andreservoir characteristics, easy to produce the reservoir blockage phenomenon, the need forplugging of blocking. For vertical heterogeneous reservoir, if the plugging of no pretreatmentbefore construction, plugging construction when injected into the plugging agent most into thebottom water layer, not up to remove formation plugging purpose.Plugging measures are effective, mainly depends on the thorough analysis on formationplugging. Only by mastering the type and extent of formation plugging, rock properties, fluidproperties and production of external conditions and many other factors, can effectivelyremove the blockage, improve the output of crude oil.Based on the low permeability oil reservoir sensitivity evaluation experiment and analysisof the factors of blocking experiments, determined the formation sensitivity characteristics oflow permeability oilfield and blocking, which lays the foundation for the solution of pluggingtechnology. The plugging mechanism for low permeable oil fields, choose the best solutionformula of the plugging agent; the blocking scheme for field application, determine theplugging removal and field test results analysis.In this paper, through the investigation of blocking method oilfield at home and abroadsolutions; analysis of the oil well, low permeability oilfield chemical plugging work methodsand technology of low permeability oilfield; solution of plugging agent, determine theblocking scheme;Through the field experiments were carried out on several oil wells, the plugging thesolution for Wuqi low permeability oilfield, and the construction scheme and constructionprocess, test results prove that greatly improves the life and the oil production of oil, asubstantial increase in economic efficiency, to prove the feasibility of this technology, and hasbroad application prospects.
