The mesoporous zeolite is the zeolite that is artificially synthesized and the pore diameter of the mesoporous is in the range from2nm to50nm. Compared with natural zeolite, the mesoporous zeolite has large specific surface area, pore volume and big pore diameter. The application field of mesoporous materials traditionally refers to ion exchange, gas separation, adsorption and catalytic field. In recent years, the preparation of nano composite materials by the way of encapsulation has attracted more scientists’attention. This issue is concentrating on the synthesis of mesoporous zeolite and characterization, then the mesoporous zeolite is composited with nano Fe3O4and investigating the absorbing properties of he nano composite materials.In the paper, the template method is adopted, the mesoporous zeolite is prepared under the hydrothermal condition. The synthesised samples are characterized by N2adsorption-desorption, SEM, XRD, TGA, FT-IR. There are six factors systematically, discussed in the paper, they are types of template, concentration of template, crystallization temperature, crystallization time, crystallization pressure and the addition of enlarge pore agent. The six factors make an impact on the specific surface area, pore volume, average pore diameter and micro morphology of the mesoporous zeolite. The mesoporous zeolite and nano Fe3O4are composited by the way of direct composite method and process composite method. Finally, the absorbing properties of samples prepared via different methods are studied.The experiment results shows that the main impact factors are types of template agent, concentration of template agent, crystallization temperature, crystallization time, crystallization pressure and the addition of enlarge pore agent. The above factors can impact the structure parameters of the mesoporous zeolite that prepared by template method under the hydrothermal condition. The water glass and NaAlO2are adopted as the silicon source and aluminum source, the triblock copolymer(P123) composite with beer yeast as the template agent, the concentration of beer yeast is2.4g/L, the crystallization temperature is110℃, crystallization time is72h, the crystallization process is in the steel reaction axe under the strong acid condition. The structure parameters of samples prepared under the above condition are exceedingly good, the average pore diameter can reach to12nm. The average porediameter of samples prepared by addition of enlarge pore agent can reach to29nm. The complex magnetic conductivity result shows that the mesoporous zeolite that the average porediameter is12nm composites with nano Fe3O4by the way of direct method presents more excellent absorbing properties than the composite materials prepared by the way of process method.This paper investigates the mechanism that how the silicon source and aluminum source effect on the template agent during the process of preparing mesoporous zeolite, discusses the growth mechanism of mesoporous zeolite in the process of crystallization, studies the forming mechanism of nano composite materials and investigates the absorbing mechanism of nano composite materials. The research results prove that the absorbing mechanism of nano magnetic composite materials is natural resonance, domain-wall resonance and dielectric loss.
