Schiff-base have been of concern, because N atoms in the C=N group have one lone pairelectron, given the significance of its chemical and biological. The Schiff-base is a very importantclass of ligands, and its synthesis is relatively easy. It can be obtained different structure of theSchiff-base ligands from single tooth to polydentate. The first part, we have successfully obtained a new colorimetric probe(H2L) for Cu2+and Al3+with high selectivity. Based on the first part, introduce copper ions and H2L required L, we usedUV-absorption apectra and fluorescence emission spectrophotometric tritration for the study ofmechanism. In these anions, the probe has a selectively and sensitivity for S2-.Due to its specificspatial structure and binding stites, o-hydroacetophenone Schiff-base derivatives can be effectivelybond to alumiun ions、 iron ions and copper ions and form stable aluminum coordinationcompounds、 iron coordination compounds and iron coordination compounds, respectively. So theresearches on the optical properties of2-hydroxy naphthalene formaldehyde ando-hydroxyacetophenone Schiff-base derivatives have important practical significance.By comparing the structure, we found that organic molecules having a similar structure of the2-hydroxy naphthalene formaldehyde and o-hydroxyacetophenone can bind with aluminum ionsand copper ions effectively and exhibit excellent optical performance. This provides a new directionfor the design of more effective aluminum ion and copper ion fluorescent probe.
