With the increasingly fierce market competition of the cold rolled sheet, the traditional detection methods are gradually withdraw from the application stage, more stable and efficient surface inspection solutions to domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises to find the target, only good surface quality control to make iron and steel enterprises in the market in a strong position in the competition.This paper aims at combining Cognex online surface quality inspection system in the actual production, use-depth study of camera, lighting systems, cooling systems, detection threshold is set, defect database creation, cut the sub-coils, and other means, and the use of detection system of the customization capabilities to achieve the whole process of tracking and monitoring of product quality, and strive to provide a new model for the domestic iron and steel enterprise applications online surface inspection system for quality management, the main contents of this article:(1) Online Surface Quality Inspection System installation and commissioning of key technologies and on-site commissioning of operating parameters This section mainly deals with the detection principle of the some aspects:Working principle, system performance indicators, system installation, system commissioning, the establishment of the system architecture, system hardware configuration parameters, edge parameters, the threshold parameters, filter parameters, gray column parameters.(2) Online Surface Quality Inspection System defect library to establish methods and Classify defects Technology This section describes some aspects:the definition of the defect library defect sample characteristic variables, the best way of the defective library to establish, the defective library implementation effect, the working principle of the defect classification, Preliminary rules for defect classification, defect classification, decision tree technology, the experience of the defect classification rules; (3) Automatically determines the design of the product surface quality rating system. This section describes how to apply the online surface quality inspection system to achieve the surface quality rating to determine and achieve segmentation coil;(4) The strip surface quality control. This section mainly deals with six aspects: real-time product quality control, real-time product quality to determine, before and after the process quality throughout, related to report generation, confirmation of the quality objection, the quality of the whole process map.
