Which is the long problem about the energy problem, so,it is urgent to solve the energyproblem. Cornus wilsoniana is a kind of oil crops, and there was no report that people canfeed on Cornus wilsoniana vegetable oil, therefore, it is very feasible to use Cornuswilsoniana vegetable oil to preparaing bio-diesel by catalytic cracking. In This paper, Cornuswilsoniana has been the raw material,which has been pretreated. Which can use thecorresponding methods to reduce the acid value of raw material, and continue the followingexperiments by Cornus wilsoniana vegetable oil which is after pretreatment as raw material.First, we should analyse the physical property of the raw material oil afterpretreatment,thus,can understand the fatty acid composition and components of materials.Then prepare the catalyst of KF/CaO which is used of catalytic cracking, we can do the singlefactor experiment to the impacts on the preparation of the catalyst parameters, the resultsshow that when the calcination temperature is80℃, calcination time is4h, join in KF ofomponent of catalyst is40%,which can get the maximum liquid product yield thatis82%, theresidual oil rate is7.6%. Contrast the KF/CaO and other catalyst with the map, which showthat the KF/CaO has the clouds of electron microscopy, and specific surface area, and thelargest aperture, and the higher particles, and it has the largest positive effect on the catalyticeffect.Then,it can be used minitab method to design the experiment of response surfacebetween the yield of liquid products and influence factors of the catalytic pyrolysisexperiment,which include reaction temperature, reaction time and the percentage of catalyst.Central composite experiment results show that it has the higher yield of liquid products whenfixed the percentage of0.1%catalyst, reaction temperature is438.0193℃, the reaction timeis53.2165min, which is82%and the composite desirability can reach0.99964. In theprocess of Experiment, which can optimiz the best craft conditions as follows: reactiontemperature is440℃, the reaction time is50min, and the percentage of catalyst is0.1%.Finally, we should continue the acid esterification process for the bio-diesel oil, to reduce thehigher acid value after cracking.Then,we should do the experiment of the physical propertyanalysis of bio-diesel, and contrast to the0#diesel oil,the results show that the performanceis similar between preparation of the bio-diesel oil and0#diesel oil.
