| Cooling after hot rolling experiment machine rolling temperature control precision directly affect the microstructure and performance of the finished product, and the temperature model of the control precision mainly depends on the heat transfer coefficient in the model of controlled cooling. Hot rolling experiments based on a domestic iron and steel enterprise unit as the experiment platform, on the basis of heat transfer, hot rolling experiments the cooling process after rolling is established mathematical model of temperature field and the heat transfer laws of mathematical model of heat transfer coefficient is optimized. This paper studies the main content is as follows:(1) Summary of hot-rolled experimental unit of experimental process, the cooling device and a computer control system after rolling were introduced. Hot rolling testing machine controlled cooling system uses two levels of automation system:process control system and basic automation system. In the control of experimental steel temperature accuracy, process control system through the calculated cooling experimental procedures of controlled cooling process, so as to control the temperature of the experimental steel after cold; basic automation system for automatic calibration of pipe flow control based on flow control accuracy, improve the collection tube, so as to improve the control precision of experimental steel temperature.(2) Based on the basic principle of heat transfer, heat transfer in the process of rolling were analyzed in three ways:the radiation heat transfer, convection heat transfer, heat transfer. Finite difference method was used to construct the exBperimental rolling temperature field in cooling process after hot rolling mathematical model, and established the heat transfer coefficient on the basis of this model, the heat exchange coefficient is optimized by inverse heat transfer method.(3) The traditional way of infrared measuring temperature has certain deficiency, thus the measured results can’t meet the demand of inverse heat transfer method of actual data, using online buried accidentally temperature measurement method can effectively solve the hot rolling experiment process is difficult to measure the temperature at the centre of the problem, to get the optimization model of heat transfer coefficient, heat transfer method can apply to the actual model of controlled cooling, improve the model of controlled cooling control accuracy.(4) Cooling water flow will directly affect the control precision of cooling control precision of the model. High precision flow control model is established, not only to improve the experimental steel temperature control precision, also can improve the stability and the process conditions of hot rolling cooling experiment repeatability. Hot rolling experiments technology not only for flow control accuracy and also to the rapidity of flow control is put forward higher requirements. To this end, this paper determines the overall strategy for flow control:flow control valve set is feed-forward control+flow dynamic compensation control+flow feedback control, effect of practical application proved that the mathematical model of the target temperature control accuracy is obviously improved. |
