Coating technology is widely used in aviation, spaceflight, vehicles, machine tools, and other fields. In general, the coating process after the structure with high hardness and high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, and because the internal coating particles, part of the internal friction between coating still can have damping vibration reduction effect. For coating hard coating material (namely ceramic matrix or metal matrix), the structure of the system in the process of dynamic analysis, structure performance prediction and optimiza-tion, usually need to be exactly hard coating material for the mechanical properties of the pa-rameters, including elastic modulus and the loss factor. This paper mainly studies the struc-tural vibration test based on the data to identify hard coating material, the mechanical proper-ties of the parameters, this paper mainly includes:(1) Based on Oberst beam theory, for single coated specimen of damping materials, coating damping mechanics property parameters is deduced, and in accordance with the for-mula of standard, the detailed narration experiment system and test process.(2) Based on the vibration beam method testing principle and process, using hammer to test, create test NiCrAlY the mechanical properties parameters experiment system. Experi-mental system might occur error during the process of test and vibration beam method pa-rameter identification sensitivity is analyzed.(3) Hard coating material mechanics properties parameters with strain change, based on the energy storage unit volume and dissipation, hard coating material mechanics properties parameters considered into energy storage modulus, energy dissipation modulus, through the strain energy and the natural frequency, and the thickness and density of the coating the rela-tionship between hard coating material, the identification formula of the energy storage modulus and energy dissipation modulus is deduced.(4) Based on the energy method and test principle, using the shaking tables to sweep frequency, the acceleration of applying different incentives, test each acceleration excitation uncoated beam and NiCrAlY composite beams natural frequency, the loss factor. Making the use of Euler beam theory, construct a maximum strain and the root of the relationship between displacement, corresponding to different acceleration, establish natural frequency, the loss factor and the strain relations, through the energy method formula to identify the NiCrAlY materials energy storage modulus, energy dissipation modulus.Because at present it does not have a standard test hard coating material mechanics properties parameters of the principle and method, therefore, this research innovative to achieve high precision and repeatability tests, simple operation test hard coating material me-chanics properties parameters of the reasonable method is of important value.
