Nc turret is the important parts of nc machine to clamp one or more cutter, it directly influences cutting chracteri stics and cutting efficiency of CNC system, reflected the level of nc machine tool design and manufacturing technology. Nc turret is mainly divided into the dynamic turret and the power servo turret.At present, the dynamic turret is mainly used in CNC lathe, economical and affordable domestic has entered the mature stage of development. But power servo turret is turning processing center and milling machining center core functions compound, its technology in one of the components is still in the initial stage of study in China. Therefore, carry out the reliability design of dynamic servo cutter and the reliability test technology research has the extremely vital significance. This topic to double power servo cutter transmission system and control system as the research object, using nonlinear dynamics analysis its drive system, and adopt the method of harmonic balance, analyzes the dynamic equations solving dynamic response; And establish control system servo motor math model, analyzing the control torque output, and the main factors of its through MATLAB simulation. The work of this paper mainly embodied in the following aspects:(1) Set up the double power servo turret model with Solidworks, the basis parameters calculated the main part of the tool carrier of transmission system three groups of contour parameters. Build the model of gear transmission system,and use the Newton’s second law establish its dynamic equation.(2) Introduced the general incremental harmonic balance method, and points out the shortcomings of its existence, and in the light of these faults presents a through improved increment the method of harmonic balance, further derived its calculation formula. The method is used in the establishment of the previous three of nonlinear systems, and through with the original incremental harmonic balance method, the improved method that contrast is reliable and fast convergence.(3) Analysis of the control system design turret hardware structure, the core part of structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor to establish the mathematical model, and the vector control technology to control the new all-digital fuzzy, design third closed-loop servo control system, the current ring regulator, speed loop regulator and position loop regulator, and the position loop using fuzzy adaptive control. Through the MATLAB software simulation three closed-loop system on the step input response under, carries on the analysis comparison to its results.(4) The full text of system, and points out the summary of power servo turret in the future research still needs a progress and improving place.
