With the improvement of manufacturing level and the emergence of the new materials, the demand of composite materials with good performance is growing in engineering. Flexible composite material, with the features of light textured, good strength, as well as good sound and heat insulation performance, has been increasingly used in various fields of industry.This text presents a new type of flexible composite material structure-fluid amplification mechanism, which is used for low-frequency vibration isolation components. Based on the theory of finite element fluid-structure interaction, dynamic characteristics and sound radiation of the structure are analyzed and calculated. Three different forms of structural units are modeled and the dynamic characteristics are analyzed with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, to get the amplitude-frequency curves of the upper and lower plates of structural unit. By using numerical analysis software MATLAB, three different types of dynamic characteristic curves are fitted and the transfer function of plates at three different forms of structure units is obtained. By selecting the amplitude value of interval frequencies, the magnification and minification of the different structural units are calculated, the change trend of them is compared. By using MATLAB, the sound radiation of three different forms of structural units is calculated. And the sound radiation of periodic array structure is also calculated. It consists of many structural units, which have two layers of light mass rigid plates. Finally, the vibration and sound scattering of the structural unit of the referred two layers of light-mass rigid plates is calculated, as well as the relationship between the pressure and the vibration velocity when a plane wave enters to structure.In conclusion, this text makes theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to model with the finite element method. The dynamic characteristics and sound radiation of a type of flexible composite material structure is researched and the goal of expect is achieved. It is expected that for the development and application of flexible composite material structure, this research will provide a certain theoretical significance.
