Immobility polymers on membrance is a potential study aspect in modify surface of the membrance in recent years, functionality surface can fix some substances, for example enzyme, reagent and catalyzer. Membrance combine with protein tightly by covalent bond, these membrane can separate protein with other materials and can be used as separate film reactor in biology, at the same time, can provide some values for studying protein ships.This article provides a simple way to fix protein on film surface. Immobility polymer containing "BP" group on films by "graft from" and "graft to", then under the ultraviolet, protein are coupled on the surface of membrance. At the first, we synthesised photoinitiator with Benzophenones-BDB and invested the effects of illumination time, light intensity, concentration of initiator on grafting yield of BDB. The result indicates when time is120s, the concentration of initiator is0.2mol/L and light intensity is70W/m2(75W/m2for PET), the graft yield of BDB on PP film is the most. Then the effects of the ratio of two kinds(BPMA and DBPMA), the polymerization reaction temperature, the concentration of monomer, the time of polymerization on ATRP were studied. The optimum reaction condition is:DMPMA:BPMA=8:2, temperature is60℃monomer. Concentration is0.1mol/L, reaction time is8hours. This way is called "graft from". The polymer is removed later, is graft to the film by the ultraviolet light. This way is called "graft to". The experience focuses on unmiformity and graft yield of polymer and contrast these two ways on two aspects. At last, protein (BSA) is immobilized on the membrance with photosensitive polymer.
