The production in China depends on the low permeability reservoir with theincreasing of the low permeability reservoir in the proportion of oil and gas production.The low permeability reservoir is becoming the main factor of the production and theimportant contributor of the reserve replacement. However horizontal well withfracturing technology have become the primary means to develop low permeabilityreservoir. Horizontal well fracture parameters optimization is significant to guidefracturing and to improve the horizontal well productivity. Reservoir dynamic analysisis the important guarantee to excavate potential of oil field and to improve the effect ofoverall development and economic benefits.The seepage law of the reservoir is studied based on the study of the CH8zone ofHonghe oilfield reservoir characteristics. With grey correlation analysis, the mainfactors are studied which influence productivity of fractured horizontal well in lowpermeability reservoir. The16main factors that influence fractured horizontal well ofproductivity are determined. The numerical simulation method is adopted to study thelaw that influences horizontal well production with the fracture numbers, fracture lengthand horizontal well length and so on. The result shows that, the fracture numbers,fracture length and horizontal well length have optimizing relationships on the specificreservoir. The BP neural network is established to make a method to predict the wellproduction. Some traditional and modern methods of production dynamic analysis areused to determine the reservoir characteristic parameters. A variety of methods ofproduction and moisture content prediction are studied to find a suitable method. Itprovides the basis to enhance production and patting potential and to improve the effectof oil field development.The production method based on the BP neural network has general significanceand application value to guide low permeability reservoir fracturing optimization designand improve the increasing influencing on fracturing stimulation. The modernproduction dynamic analysis method could improve the reliability about analysis resultsand get more information about reservoir. It is a good method for pumping wells lack oftransient well test data. The results are meaningful to guide the development of the otherlow permeability reservoir.
