In this paper, the independent research and development RFID tag antenna with the conductive ink, and try to make silver conductive ink in two ways:one is nano-silver conductive ink, by adding various additives in nanometer silver colloid, achieve the p erformance of ink jet ink. Perpetrate nanometer silver colloid by liquid phase reductio n. Silver colloid properties obtained test under different conditions, including interval si ze distribution of nano-silver particles. Concentration of ano silver dispersion, additive sin the nano-silver gel in order to meet the requirements of ink jet printing. Abandon the traditional spray to the nanometer silver colloid with conductive filler, avoiding th e process of centrifugal, washing the tedious effectively save time and materials. Prepar ation after the ink through print test in the different substrate, and sintered under differe nt conditions, the electrical properties of the conductive film test.Anther is the production of Silver based Particle-free Conductive Ink. Particle-free Conductive Ink is a silver compound solution, the decomposition of the sintering proces s of silver, silver precipitate and connected to form a conductive pattern in the sinterin g temperature. Suspended particles which does not contain nano silver, so do not need to add any dispersant or protective agent has the very good stability; avoid print nozzl e clogging situation; on the other hand, because no particles of ink, silver is silver disso lved form, so the high content of silver from the silver salt solubility in the inside of t he corresponding solvent to decide, can according to the demand of silver salt concentra tion control.The experiments the following conclusions:To explore experimental conditions of liq uid phase chemical preparation of nanometer silver colloid reduction method. For diffe rent reducing agents and protective agents, external environment and the amount of rea ctants get quantitative conclusion. Nano-silver particles dispersed impurity conductivit y influence is not the solution.By using a new process of direct manufacturing inkje t conductive ink from the nanometer silver colloid. Ink additives of nano-silver colloid state to therotary evaporation and concentration. The conductive properties of high gl ossy photo paper can achieve the nano-silver conductive ink. No particle type conducti ve ink silver precursor and citric acid sodium. The solvent is a mixed solution of SEC butylamineand terpineol. Treated PET film is the only material can be printed on, sint ering temperature is140℃, silver conductive film can realize stable.
