In this paper, we introduced containing propargylic carbonates cyclization research and the application of transition-metal and nontransition-metal catalyzed propargyl compounds cyclization in organic synthesis methodology. Besides, we studied on Pd/Au/Cu catalyzed containing N,O propargylic carbonate and their derivatives.The thesis consists of two parts,as follows:1. Application and the importance of propargyl compounds used in Medicinal Chemistry,Organic Synthesis and Organic Synthesis Methodology. Because of heterocyclic compound special structural features and physiological activity, it was concerned by researchers around the world. In the past, heterocyclic build often requires a two-step or multi-step reaction to complete, reaction efficiency and the atom economy is more than unsatisfactory. Propargylic carbonate under catalytic conditions were able to achieve one-step reaction for the synthesis of a cyclic compound and got good yield.. Therefore, propargylic carbonate are increasingly being used in the reaction and accepted to the people.2. Study on transition metal-catalyzed containing N,O propargylic carbonate intramolecular cyclization, and the compounds charaeterized.In this part we tried cyano-propargylic carbonate, oxime-propargylic carbonate and1,3-dicarbonyl-Propargy-lic carbonate.
