With the upgrading of the global environmental problems and the energycrisis,energy saving and safety has become the dominant direction of automobiledevelopment.High strength steel in lightweight body not only meet the needs of thebody weight loss,is conducive to energy conservation and environmental protection,butalso improve the anti impact performance of the body,enhance the safetyperformance,so more and more automobile enterprises and researchers favor.To make the body parts with high strength steel,compared with ordinary steelplate,are more prone to cracking,wrinkling,drawing is not sufficient and springbackdefects such as.In order to these defects are well controlled,a company providing theright front safety belt fixing plate as the research object in this paper,high strength steelmaterial selection reasonable,and analyses the forming springback,and access to qualityproducts and reasonable by optimizing.In this paper,using Dynaform software of die face design of the right front safety beltfixing plate of3D model,establish reasonable finite element of the drawing tool,amaterial model reasonable.Considering the actual production status,technologicalparameters of friction,clearance between punch and die,stamping speed parameter isselected the most commonly used engineering.Focusing on the non drawbead under different blank holder force and the drawbead inuniform (rectangular and semi-circular) under different concave rib fillet radius,toappear in-depth analysis the forming quality problems,find out the reasons of formingquality problems.To improve the forming quality of unequal section drawbead throughthe method of new technology.Focusing on the non drawbead under BHF is2150KN,the drawbesd in uniform(semi-circular and rectangular) under concave rib fillet radius2mm,and unequal sectiondrawbead (drawing conditions d) on the twist springback problems are analyzed andcompared,the unequal section drawbead is the most effective control twist springbackmethod.According to the distribution and size of the different drawbead resistance,toobtain the actual the distribution of unequal section drawbead by drawing resistancemodel to reverse the drawbead geometry parameters.
