| Fuel cells is one of the important parts of the new energy resources in the future. Among them, alkaline fuel cells gain much attention because of their abvious advantage,like having more chooses in fuel selection, catalyst is cheaper than proton membrane fuel cells. As the core component of alkaline fuel cells, Alkaline anion exchange membrane and resin solution have been a research hotspot in recent years. According to the reports of anion exchange membranes, They have been able to satisfy the requirement of the alkaline fuel cells in the part of ionic conductivity and ion exchange capacity, but when it comes to mechanical stability and chemical stability, they have bad performance. After studying the reports about alkaline anion exchange membranes, this paper has preparated the self-crosslinking anion exchange membrane and resin solution successfully. According to the testing data, we can tell this self-crossing anion exchange membranes have much better performance in mechanical stability and chemical stability, The detail work contents is as follows:Successfully prepared chloromethylation poly (aryl ether ketone (CMPPEK) and chloromethylation thermoplastic elastomer (CMSEBS) by chloromethylation reaction. By testing their thermal stability, solubility and chloromethylation, the results show that the two kinds of polymers are suitable for the preparation of anion exchange membranes and resin solution.Prepared diethylamine self-crosslinking DEA-SCAEM alkaline anion exchange membranes(DEA-SCAEM) by using diethylamine (DEA) to be the crosslinking reagent, quaterisation by triethylamine (TEA). By investigating the relationship between the quantity of diethylamine and water uptake, swelling degree, ion exchange capacity of the membrane, the paper concluded that when the quantity of diethylamine is10%of the amount of chloromethyl group, the anion exchange membranes have good performance in physical and chemical stability. The concrete data of anion exchange membrane is as follows:water uptake is20.3%, swelling degree is16.5%, ionic conductivity at80℃is0.06S/cm, the heat temperature of5%mass lose is238.3℃, the tensile strength and elastic modulus are55.6MPa and55.6MPa.Successfully prepared thermoplastic elastomer DEA self-crosslinking anion exchange membranes and resin by taking diethylamine (DEA) into the CMSEBS as the cross-linking reagent, quaterisation by triethylamine (TEA). Their structures have been characterized by FT-IR. After studying the effect of the quantity of DEA on ion exchange capacity (IEC), water uptake, and the swelling degree,the paper concluded that the water uptake and swelling degree decreased significantly with the increase of the quantity of DEA. When the quantity of DEA is10%of the amount of chloromethyl group, the anion exchange membranes have better performance. The concrete data is as follows:the water uptake is12.5%, the swelling degree in length direction is11.8%, in thickness direction is20%, the ionic conductivity of80℃is0.036S/cm, the thermal decomposition temperature of5%mass lose is153℃, the tensile strength and elastic modulus is49.1MPa and122.9MPa. The biggest battery power density of the resin solution is180mW/cm. |
