In this paper, the composites of PEEK/CB、PEEK/CF、PEEK/CB/CF、PEEK/CB/ZnOw were prepared, and composites electrical properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties was studied. On the basis preparation of antistatic property, mechanical property, thermal property excellent PEEK antistatic composites. The main research results are as follows:1.With increased of CB content, Surface resistivity of PEEK/CB composites had a percolation threshold. Different types of CB the conductive properties of the composites was different, the influence of the percolation threshold value was also different. Three kinds of CB conductive performance was as follows:N500>V-XC72>E900.The antistatic property was best in PEEK with CB mixing time of15min, and mixing temperature was unfavorable and exorbitant. Under a certain humidity,with increasing of the temperature, the surface resistivity of pure PEEK and PEEK/CB composites decreased, but is not very obvious. Under a certain temperature, with increasing of the humidity, the surface resistivity of PEEK/CB composites decrease.tensile strength and flexural strength of composites was decreased, and while the impact strength increase slightly.Added the CB,glass transition temperature Tg to high temperature direction.2. With increasing of CF content surface resistivity of PEEK/CF composites decreases. Same antistatic effect CF content is higher than CB, the uniformity of PEEK/CF surface resistivity is poorer. After added materials tensile strength and impact strength increase amplitude is larger, the bending strength increases the amplitude is smaller. The storage modulus of the composite materials increase, increase the use of composite materials temperature range.3. Resistivity of PEEK/CB/CF composites decreased gradually with the increase of CF, when CF content from15%~20%surface resistivity of the composite material was107~109Ω, can satisfy the requirements of the antistatic, PEEK/CB/CF composites surface resistivity uniformity is very good. When mass the fraction of CF was15.8%the tensile strength of the composite reached its maximum (128.2MPa),36%higher than that of pure PEEK (94MPa), add CF content, the tensile strength decreased. When the content of CF was15%, the flexural strength of168Mpa, than the pure PEEK (153Mpa) increased about10%. When the content of CB was3%, CF materials processing precision is17%. Relative to pure PEEK, PEEK/CB/CF composites of the initial thermal decomposition temperature of about55℃, CF improve the thermal properties of PEEK.4. ZnOw content of PEEK/CB/ZnOw composites surface resistivity is very small, the influence of ZnOw increased from5%-30%, the composites surface resistivity change only one order of magnitude. PEEK/CB/ZnOw composites with PEEK/CB/CF surface resistivity of the composite material with the increase of depth of fill, surface resistivity changed little, while the PEEK/CB composites surface resistivity increased with the increase of filling depth decreases. Pure PEEK resin ε and tanδ value at room temperature is lower, ZnOw added to improve the PEEK of dielectric constant and dielectric loss. When ZnOw content in15%-20%, the antistatic composite material has excellent mechanical properties,after modified with coupling agent, PEEK/CB/ZnOw composites material than before modification on the mechanical properties improved. PEEK/CB/ZnOw composites thermal decomposition, at the start of the510℃, the weightlessness inflection point was at562℃, relatived to the pure PEEK, PEEK/initial thermal decomposition temperature of PEEK/CB/ZnOw composites had raised about60℃.
