Current proven oil reserves, and a low permeability reservoir reserves reached more than aquarter, only to develop geological reserves, a low permeability reservoir reserves are about onetenth. Low permeability reservoir waterflood development of the important measures to improvethe efficiency of development, but also mature oilfields, the key to improve developmentefficiency, but in the actual production will lead to a variety of reasons due to injection wells,injection does not feed or water problems such as uneven, affecting the effect of lowpermeability oilfield waterflood development and ultimate recovery degree, how to improve thehigh-pressure water injection capability and block level, to improve the effect of oilfielddevelopment has important significance.In this paper, the development process in the water and gradually expose high injectionpressure, injection does not feed or water difficult issues such as strict, severe impact onwaterflooding reservoir. Through a block C8cast thin reservoirs, scanning electron microscopy,X diffraction, mercury and other laboratory experiments to study the pore structure, clayminerals, sensitivity and positive and negative reservoir flow characteristics, and scalingprediction trends before and after the core scaling variation of pore structure and so on; Noteowe intrinsic factor analysis, select the field application of scale inhibitor, in accordance withrelevant industry standards for the evaluation experiments to examine the choice of scaleinhibitor effect, by dissolving the cement rock formation pore blockage within the cracks, etc.and dissolution, to evaluate its effect to improve the formation permeability; blood pressure byinjection to carry out field tests, track and analyze the actual results, discuss technologyadaptability, high pressure water injection wells and gradually improve blood pressure byinjection block matching technology, measures to achieve the formation of there are more than75percent efficiency, reservoir water injection allocation pass rate of over85%, the averagesingle-well injection increased more than10square/day.
