Based on the development of domestic and international developments reviewed Diesel Flow Improver, application status and Diesel Cold Flow Improver mechanism of action and research tools on diesel of Yan’an Refinery,By measuring pour point and cloud point of small molecule such as naphthenic acid, Rosin acid and triethanolamine, naphthenic acid and acetic acid, triethanolamine,other fatty acids and alkanolamines diesel flow improvers, castor oil and castor oil conversion biodiesel Diesel Flow Improver, fatty acid and enamines Diesel Flow Improver,large molecules Diesel Flow Improver such as fatty acids, alkylene amine with fatty acids, trioxane, hexamethylenetetramine enamine with amines, fatty acid, alkylene amine with epichlorohydrin class, to evaluate the depressant effect of the Diesel Cold Flow Improver, and investigates the impactmodifier dosage on diesel fluidity. Obtained the following conclusions:(1)ethylene diamine small molecule diesel mobility modifier better pour point depressant effects at200mg/L, the cloud point and pour point was reduced by9℃16℃, cold filter plugging point by2℃; rosin acid and triethanolamine small molecule diesel flow modifier in the1000mg/L, the cloud point lower2℃, pour point down to10℃and more, the cold filter plugging point drop of3℃.(2) Stearic acid, tetraethylenepentamine enamine, benzaldehyde and cations and palmitic acid, ethylene diamine and ethylene dichloride the macromolecules diesel mobility modifier concentration was200mg/L, the cold filter plugging point were decreased4℃, The cloud point were down by1℃. In short, small molecule diesel flow improver and macromolecular diesel flow improver both can Significant reduce the fluidity of diesel lowest temperature. |
