In gas extraction process, as the time went, gas pressure and gas flow velocity gradually decrease, resulting in water or condensate gas reservoir in the outputs cannot be with the gas flow to carry out shaft, so it remaining in the wellbore. These liquids are gathered over a period of time in the bottom, formed liquid column, cause additional static water pressure to the gas and gas flowing energy continued to decline. Typically, if this continues, accumulation of liquid column in which gas pressure in the well bore died, leading to gas well production. This phenomenon is called "gas effusion". Gas effusion can seriously affect natural gas production, and it must be ruled out. In order to solve the wellbore fluid problems, many studies have been conducted at home and abroad, these methods and techniques each have their strengths and weaknesses. For Sulige gas field, there are many pressing issues, further in-depth studies are needed in order to ensure the production and development of gas fields, we need to develop some new technologies and methods which are economic, efficient drainage gas recovery.In recent years there has been a lot of drainage gas recovery technology, each of these technologies has its own characteristics and application conditions. Some of these new technologies have already worked in the field, some of them still in an experimental stage.See the numerous drainage gas recovery technology at home and abroad, a variety of technology have different strengths, according to different working conditions for gas wells using different methods. Also can see that majority of studies according to the direction of effort is to reduce the density of the mixture of gas and water, increase the gas flow rate in the channel, rely on their own energy in the flow of natural gas to carry water. When the atmosphere’s energy low consider the use of external energy to assist drainage.In order to develop the best drainage gas recovery method, we need to know about production parameters for each wells, the pressure distribution along the bottom hole pressure,(depth pressure distribution along the well bore is not linear), wellbore temperature distribution and flow patterns and water content, and so on. Some mathematical model to search for gas discharge of critical flow, the calculation of the critical droplet size and distribution, changes in analysis of flow patterns of nearing. Theoretical analysis and research the best exhaust flow, minimum row liquid-gas flow and flow patterns in a flowing process as a whole nearing.Reduce the mixture of gas and water density is one of the most convenient method of drainage.Invention t of Sonic nozzle method to achieve atomization of liquid discharges. Gas wells is a new method of gas recovery by water drainage, it is a new technology.Develop a new liquid spraying device, we can achieve optimal liquid-carrying conditions nearing Invention of Sonic nozzle gas accelerator pump, liquid atomization. Theory and software design based on the Sonic nozzle gas accelerator pump has been developed to achieve atomization drainage, forming with independent intellectual property rights ofinventions, realization of shaft drainage efficiency and economy.Through theoretical study and practical application of gas field study, the Sonic nebulizerdrainage gas technique can research project sand the objectives. It will be a new gas drainagemethod, and play an important role in the production.
