Based on the data of the project team many years ongoing of jujubequality research, described the red jujube quality such as sugar, water, color, texture character informationdigitally and quantitatively, completed the jujube quality multi parameter digital detection and evaluationsoftware, and through the application in the enterprise gradually, improving the quality of the Southern redjujube detection model. And make the foundation for the quality inspection of the southern red jujubedigital and information technology. The main methods and results are as follows:1) Single jujube fine detection: for project team these years continued to carry out jujube quality datacollection and analysis, put forward to analysis the single jujube by origin (224and10regiment) and breed(Jun jujube, jujube) quality subdivision method, combined with the single jujube, sophisticated detectionacquisition of A and B, accuracy and stability than the traditional have greatly improved.2) Temperature mixing model: by mixing temperature model to optimized the laboratory modelcorrection, complements the regiment of44,46,48jujube samples, invited to the YeHeYuan jujubeindustry companies to promote experimental, and red jujube water fast and nondestructive detectionaccuracy and stability than in ordinary increased by2percentage points.
